Winnipeg Technician - Entry Level

STG Fleet Services, a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a Tractor/Trailer Technician at their Winnipeg, MB location.

Choice between Sunday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Saturday schedules

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintenance on large fleet of Semi-Tractors
• Problem Solving and Diagnosis of vehicle performance issues
• Work on a diverse fleet of equipment to ensure superior quality standards
• Maintenance and upgrades to company equipment - tractors and trailers
• Must be able to perform thorough safety inspections
• Maintain a clean work area

Qualifications

• Apprentice or Non-Apprentice all levels or level 1-2 or equivalent level of experience
• Experience in the heavy truck and transportation industry
• Experience working with heaters and reefers
• Knowledge of transportation certification standards
• Must have own tools
