Quill Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., has an immediate opening for Peddle Line Drivers at their Saskatoon, SK location. These drivers will be tasked with regular deliveries to North Battleford and Lanigan. With a recent rate increase on all driving jobs, our Peddle Drivers earn a minimum of $200 driving 3 and 5 ton or a minimum of $220 per day driving tractor/trailers. These rates are guaranteed with the opportunity for drivers to earn even more!
North Battleford: this position is Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Lanigan: this position is Monday to Friday, 6:00am departure
Kindersley: this position is Monday to Friday, 6:00am departure
Eston: this position is Monday to Friday, 6:00am departure
Responsibilities
- Scheduled trips
- Perform preventative maintenance check and pre trip/post trip inspection
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner
- Handling of freight documents
- Handling freight as required
- All other duties as requested

Qualifications
- Class 1A license
- Good customer service skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Good oral and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of equipment - usage and repair
- Experience in loading and unloading
- Knowledge of provincial weight and dimension regulations
- Knowledge of city routes and country routes
