Edge Transportation Services Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a Driver Relations Administrator at their Saskatoon, SK location.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Handle Driver payroll functions
- Process Driver Tripsheets, including data entry of expenses
- Process Bills of Lading, Loadsheets and Customs Paperwork
- Answer switchboard, transfer calls/take messages
- Open and sort mail
- Handle and sign for incoming and outgoing courier items
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintain Driver personnel files

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in the trucking industry is considered an asset
