The ideal candidate would have strong organizational and customer service skills and able to work in a fast paced environment. This position is Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service to internal and external customers
• Answer tracing and billing inquiries
• Escalate potential sales opportunities to Account Managers
• Book pickups
• Perform other related duties as requested
