Kindersley Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires an Office Administrator at their Regina, SK location.
This position is Monday to Friday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm
Responsibilities
- Image Dangerous Goods and PODs
- Identify Rush Freight
- Monitor and review outbound loading
- Process interoffice mail
- Assist dispatch when necessary
- Manage Driver Check-Ins
- Trace shipments
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Perform administrative duties as required

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and allot time effectively
- Excellent computer/data-entry skills, with a typing speed of 50 wpm
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the transportation industry is considered an asset
