Kindersley Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires an Office Administrator at their Regina, SK location.

This position is Monday to Friday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Image Dangerous Goods and PODs
  • Identify Rush Freight
  • Monitor and review outbound loading
  • Process interoffice mail
  • Assist dispatch when necessary
  • Manage Driver Check-Ins
  • Trace shipments
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers
  • Perform administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and allot time effectively
  • Excellent computer/data-entry skills, with a typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the transportation industry is considered an asset
