This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of driver recruitment - reviewing applications, conducting interviews, validating documents, completing reference checks and coordinating pre-screening testing
- Work closely with the Operations Managers to meet staffing requirements
- Conduct orientations
- Prepare personnel files
- Participate in job fairs and trade shows
- Maintain policies & procedures and reporting tools as it relates to Company recruitment
- Assist in establishing & maintaining strategies, projects & creative initiatives that meet driver recruitment needs
