Siemens Transportation Group Inc. is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives at their head office in Saskatoon, SK.

Position 1 is a full-time permanent position.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Position 2 is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave.
Anticipated 12 - 18 months. Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers
  • Trace shipments
  • Provide and document spot quoting
  • Provide PODs and BOLs for customers
  • Aid in facilitating delivery of freight from pickup to destination
  • Audit and verify the billing and rating of shipments
  • Prepare adjustments for customers
  • Perform other related duties as requested
  • Solicit full truckloads from established customer base
