Customer Service Representative

Harv Wilkening Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a Full Time Customer Service Representative at their Edmonton, AB location.

This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Trace shipments
• Aid in facilitating the delivery of freight from pick up to destination
• Audit and verify the billing and rating of shipments
• General office duties
• Perform all other duties as required

Qualifications

• Experience in the trucking industry would be considered an asset
