Customer Service Representative

Hi-Tech Express Inc., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a Customer Service Representative for their Eagan, MN location.

This position is Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Trace shipments
• Aid in facilitating the delivery of freight from pick up to destination
• Audit and verify the billing and rating of shipments
• General office duties
• Perform all other duties as required
